Hosts are responsible to:

• Set up tables and chairs at meeting location (as needed)
• Provide ice and ensure drinks for the meal
  • Sodas & bottled water are usually stocked, just need to verify
  • Sweet and unsweet tea
• Set up food and desserts on the island as food arrives
• Clean up after meeting (club members help)
  • Clean tables.  Determine if the table coverings need to be washed or just cleaned off
  • Place chairs up on the tables
  • Sweep floors and then dust mop.
  • If anything has spilled on the floors, use the wet mop.
• Dispose of trash after meeting.  The trashcan and recycling can should be used.  Trash pickup day is Tuesday, with recycling every other Tuesday (Schedule HERE).
